Rising Tide Brewing Company的点评
点评：Quite a peaceful and enjoyable place for lunch. I have not been here in a while, and the size of the establishment has doubled. Everything has a crisp, clean look at mid-day. Rising Tide has long been top of the list for me in artisanal beers; I like just about everything the make, and have tasted most of it.
What has changed since my last visit has been the dining options. My recollection is that there used to be very limited choices, maybe one sandwich (which was excellent) and burgers. They now have a food truck attached and a more extensive list of sandwiches most of which appealed to me. I had the cubano, an untraditional version which seemed based on pulled pork rather than sliced meat. It was ample and pretty good, though the roll was very soggy and limp and the mustard a bit too heavy. My friend was happy with his burger. We also shared a portion of tater tots which wee found easily enough for two. They seemed slightly overcooked but we enjoyed them.
Note that you order at the bar, not at the food truck, but you pick up your food at the truck. There is ample parking in an adjacent lot.
