点评:I’m not sure who’s going to be reading this or who it goes to but I have to say I am so disappointed. I pay a lot of money for membership every month. It may not be a lot of money to some people, but I pay for it on a fixed income because I want to be able to take my grandson to a place I used to go to when I was a child so we could have our experiences together.This has been going on since 2021 or maybe 2022. They changed our red cups to an orange 2024 cup and then now this year it’s a purple cup. The purple cup is a plastic piece of garbage. We had them sitting on the place where you put all your stuff going on a ride. When we came out, the two kids ahead of us, grabbed their stuff and knocked over two of our cups, which at that point one of them shattered on the bottom and completely split in half the other one got a big crack in it. When I took them to the Manager at the funnel cake place to see if we can replace them she told me absolutely not. They were told under no circumstances where they to replace any cups. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I even had the cups to show her. She didn’t even want to see them. Why would you say that we could not replace our cups when we’re not even the one that damaged them somebody else did. I have been going to Marine world/discovery Kingdom since I was 10 years old. I am 57 now. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard even the red cups You were able to replace once a year. So disappointed! Shame on you, Six Flags!
