Our visit to Six Flags on May 23, 2025, was an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, we were told that our fully paid tickets were “suspended”—with no explanation. The only solution offered was for us to purchase new tickets on the spot if we wanted to enter the park. We were assured multiple times by staff and a manager that we would be fully reimbursed for the original (invalid) tickets.
Not only did we have to pay twice just to get in, but the in-park experience was also terrible. The supervisor Kayla was extremely unhelpful and her supervisor, senior supervisor, Daivinesha was rude and unprofessional, yelling at us when we tried to calmly explain the situation. Other staff members were equally dismissive and unhelpful. We were treated like an inconvenience, not paying guests.
Since that day, I have contacted Six Flags five times about the refund we were promised. Every time, I was told it was “being processed,” but nothing has been done. We’ve received no refund, no confirmation email, and no follow-up—just a long string of broken promises and wasted time.
Between the disrespectful treatment, being forced to double-pay, and the lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re planning a trip to Six Flags, be warned: if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own—and don’t expect a refund, even if they promise you one
