An Amazing Experience at Wakulla Springs!

点评：We took the boat tour at Wakulla Springs, and it was absolutely amazing! Right away, we spotted a manatee, which was such a treat! Throughout the tour, we ended up seeing up to four manatees and about half a dozen alligators! The scenery was beautiful, and we saw so much wildlife, including turtles, fish, and so many different birds. Some of the birds we spotted included anhingas, great egrets, white ibises, common gallinules, ospreys, and several others. It was so neat seeing all the wildlife in its natural habitat. The boat ride lasted about 45–50 minutes, but it honestly felt like 10 because we enjoyed it so much! I could have stayed out there even longer.
After the tour, we spent some time walking around the water and went up to the observation deck/dive platform. The views were incredible! I couldn’t get over how clear the water was. It was some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen!
Overall, this was such an amazing experience and easily one of our favorite things we did while visiting the area. I really think it’s something everyone should experience at least once. I would absolutely visit again, and next time I’d love to take a dip in that beautiful, crystal-clear water!
