点评：Not sure why Tripadvisor list this as being temporarily closed as it is open.
Too early in the season to fully appreciate the gardens as there is very little in bloom. Expected more colour but that's nature for you. There are various statues throughout the garden but no information about them.
The woodland walk was a pleasant diversion and affords a different view of the gardens and buildings.
There is a small trailer near the entrance selling drinks and snacks. Very reasonable coffee served by a very pleasant lady. Only a few chairs at that top level but quite a few places in the gardens proper to sit if you want to wander with your drink.
Do note, the only toilets are in the car park which is a short walk from the entrance but a long walk from the far corners of the garden. The toilets have hand driers which are as efficient at drying as a sparrow's fart.
