Before we drove 10 feet, we were stopped to say my son’s name was not on the reservation and I needed to call the hotel to add him. Alejandro gave me a number and asked me to call. After arguing with him, I tried to call, no answer. He told me to get out of the car because he couldn’t take us.
I made him call his supervisor. I spoke to Ricardo who was absolutely no help. Their solution was to leave us, they did not care, they did not help, and it was a terrible terrible way to start the trip in Los Cabos.
In the end I finally called the hotel and explained the situation. The hotel rep asked to speak with Alejandro and asked if there was anything he could do.
Alejandro told the hotel there were no more shared shuttles and it would be a private Suburban which is much more expensive.
The hotel advised me at this point to take an UBER or a private taxi as it was the best and safest option at this point. It was starting to get dark and the airport was a ghost town. Alejandro did not care to leave a mother and son alone at the Cabo airport after dark. How could this even make sense.
Do not use this company, unless you’d like a chance to be stranded in a foreign country.
