点评:We’ve used TransCabo multiple times in the past and have always had phenomenal experiences—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable drivers who made the rides enjoyable and stress-free. Unfortunately, today’s ride from our hotel to SJD Airport was a major letdown.
Our driver, Gustavo, barely acknowledged us. Despite our attempts to engage in conversation, he remained completely silent throughout the drive. More concerning, we clearly stated we were flying American Airlines back to the U.S., assuming he’d know to drop us off at Terminal 2 for international departures. Instead, he dropped us at Terminal 1, which is for domestic flights only. Before we could realize the mistake and ask for clarification, he had already driven off.
We were left to find our way to the correct terminal and had to pay for an additional cab just to get there. This kind of oversight and lack of communication is disappointing, especially from a company we’ve trusted for years. We hope this was an isolated incident, but it certainly soured the end of our trip.
