点评:What an absolute mess they have made of this walk. What was once a beautiful winding path on the hillside has been replaced by a horrendous boulder path. It not only looks like a horrible scar on the landscape but you also have to constantly look at your feet as you walk as it is basically just a big boulder staircase now. As a result you don’t even get to enjoy taking the views in as you walk.
On top on that they have also cut down hundreds of trees leaving the landscape bare. It’s an absolute mess. I’m sure some “academic” thought it’d be a great idea to put this new “path” in but it is just horrendous. It’s also catered perfectly to the trainer wearing, hoodie crew. We passed loads of them this morning with their Tesco bags filled with beer. Well done to the National Parks service for bastardising the landscape.
