Hartwell House Spa的点评
点评：This was the beginning of my birthday indulgence day with my daughter.
Apart from the treatment I had the rest of the time spent here robbed me of time I will never get back.
On arrival we were greeted by a receptionist on the phone who apologised but kept us waiting 10mins in what can only be described as a morgue like reception area with no atmosphere at all.
We were then led into a small hallway and given a rough guide to the facilities.
We were issued with a robe,slippers and 1 towel…..on entering the pool area I was immediately struck by the lack of seating …a notice asked guests not to sit on the loungers in wet swimwear…….as we only had one towel and no towel station I’m not sure how you spend the day there .
The pool temperature was quite cool so we went to the hot tub…..thankfully another guest showed us the switch to start it as the Hartwell staff certainly didn’t.
We decided to dry off and head upstairs for a coffee and “bake” while we waited for our treatment time….this is where the disappointment escalated…..3 scraps of brownie and cold coffee…..no clock in the room so we had to go back into the pool area to find a clock-twice then a third time to meet our 2 therapists who were 15 mins late.
The treatment was superb but then we left for the next part of our indulgence treat…..high tea in the house…..AWFUL is polite
The whole day cost around £400.00 and apart from the therapists and the friendly guest who helped us the whole experience was a complete waste of money

我们决定擦干身体，上楼喝杯咖啡，一边“烤”一边等待治疗时间……这时失望情绪开始升级……3 块布朗尼蛋糕和冰咖啡……房间里没有时钟，所以我们不得不回到泳池区找时钟——找了两次，然后又找了第三次，才见到我们的 2 名治疗师，他们迟到了 15 分钟。
治疗非常棒，但之后我们离开去享受下一段放纵的待遇……在屋里喝下午茶……糟糕就是礼貌
一整天花费约 400 英镑，除了治疗师和帮助我们的友好客人之外，整个体验完全是浪费钱
