点评：From the moment I stepped into the serene spa at Hartwell House, I knew I was in for something special—but the 111SKIN Cryo De-Puffing Facial exceeded all expectations. Nestled within the elegant and tranquil grounds of this historic hotel, the spa provides the perfect setting for a truly restorative experience.
I had heard great things about the 111SKIN range, but this was my first time trying the Cryo Facial, and I am now completely hooked. The -38°C cryo air combined with the luxurious 111SKIN products created a cooling, revitalising sensation that was not only incredibly refreshing but visibly effective. My skin felt firmer, brighter, and more sculpted immediately after the treatment—and the glow lasted for days!
The real highlight, though, was Grace. From the warm welcome to her expert touch and genuine care throughout the facial, she made me feel completely at ease. Her knowledge of the products and techniques was impressive, and she explained each step in a way that was both informative and reassuring. It felt personalised, never rushed, and her attention to detail made the entire experience feel bespoke and indulgent.
