This dreadful person should NOT be working in hospitality if she is going to treat customers with thinly disguised contempt. Whoever is the manager of this café needs to address the problem of this awful woman (regardless of her ethnicity) before you lose even more clients. Even on a Saturday lunchtime the place was virtually empty and this in itself should be of concern to you.
