The most unfriendly and unwelcoming to ever serve me in a café!

点评：Saturday 7 June. We were reluctantly served by a woman who was unwelcoming, unfriendly and bordering on the hostile. Never in all my life have I been served by such a hostile person in a café. On ordering a bacon sandwich. I asked for the bacon to be crispy, she did not even reply. I felt genuinely sorry for her colleague who WAS welcoming and friendly.
This dreadful person should NOT be working in hospitality if she is going to treat customers with thinly disguised contempt. Incidentally, I was visiting a friend who uses this café regularly and she assured me that the member of staff in question is always unfriendly, uncooperative and bordering on hostile. Whoever is the manager of this café needs to address the problem of this awful woman (regardless of her ethnicity) before you lose even more clients. Even on a Saturday lunchtime the place was virtually empty and this in itself should be of concern to you.
