Northcote Cookery School的点评
点评：A fantastic day attending the Mediterranean Cookery Course - an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone is so welcoming from the minute you walk into reception.
We were looked after by Dan who made the day fun and very informative. I was amazed how easily I learnt new skills under his watchful eyes.
He is extremely organised and incredibly knowledgeable, teaching you some of the tricks of the trade. I was amazed at the standard of food I was able to produce.
The cookery school is situated just off the main kitchen. It is fascinating being able to watch the professionals at work throughout the day, which adds a special touch to the experience.
As well as a light breakfast when you arrive, a 2 course lunch with wine is included in the restaurant, afternoon tea and coffee and tasting all the recipes you have prepared at the end of the day.
All recipes were demonstrated clearly by Dan before we cooked our food. Everything you prepare during the day gets packed in a Northcote hessian bag for you to cook yourself at home, together with your recipe pack and Northcote apron.
It was a truly wonderful experience, I can understand why people return time and time again. Thank you Dan for a great day and thank you to all the restaurant staff who are all so friendly, professional and contribute to the experience. I would recommend it to anyone. A Great idea for a lovely gift.
