点评：I booked the Indian Banquet cookery day for my husband and I as a gift and decided to make a stay of it for 2 nights. No regrets we have absolutely loved it. From arrival to the cookery class, lunch, breakfast, amazing garden lodge room, everything has been top notch. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had Dan as are cookery day tutor with Darcy doing a lot of work in the background, keeping us refreshed amongst other things 😊, he was most excellent and we both took a lot away. The pace was good and the standard of food supplied was very high. We will be cooking a banquet or 2 in the not too distant I’m sure. Will also definitely be returning, I feel we got good value for our money, no it wasn’t cheap but I think it’s safe to say we got what we paid for and some! Plus the room was a ridiculously good deal in with the cookery school, a no brainer. Thank you to all the Northcote team for making this such an extra special stay. Loving the cocktails too! Wonderful bar staff. Currently sipping one on our garden terrace. 🥰
Note, not to be confused with Northcote Manor in Devon…there is no pool/spa here in the Ribble valley but I can honestly say it hasn’t been missed. Will be sad to go home tomorrow.

请注意，这里可不是德文郡的诺斯科特庄园……里布尔河谷这边没有泳池/水疗中心，但我可以坦诚地说，我一点也不怀念。明天就要回家了，真舍不得。
