点评：This is the same company as Cozumel Cruise Tours (cozumelcruisetours.com). We chose the snorkel tours which states you stop at 2 reefs, a place with starfishes and then a sandbar where stingrays swim around. First of all this is not a private tour. The website specifically states around 12 snorkel guests with plenty of room as the boat seats 18. Carla stated the port was closed yesterday and so they couldn't go out. So instead of reimbursing those people their money, we all crammed in one boat. There were 3 crew members- all of them very professional and did an excellent job, especially Simon. It was a nightmare in the water. Two snorkelers needed assistance and Simon was the only crew member in the water until he hollered for more help. This was a guided snorkel which was very difficult with this many people. We hardly moved from one spot to another and saw very little of anything. I am not sure we saw 2 reefs because we did not snorkel around much. Simon had all he could do just to keep us all together. It would have been helpful if Simon had a red flag or hat or something to identify him in the water. We then went to a place where starfish was and spent too much time there. Once you see one starfish you have seen them all. Last we stopped at the sandbar, had a snack on the water, and saw several sting rays swimming around. Crew members offered many drinks throughout the day. We were supposed to leave at 1:30 but didn't get left until 2:15 and returned to the marina around 6:30. The biggest complaint was that we wanted a small group and this was definitely not that. Also double check with them to make sure they are not packing the boat because of the port being closed.
