点评：I booked the trip and received many emails confirming, including the day before. The emails said they would send an email on where to meet. I never received that email. I sent messages, text Whatsapp and email the morning of the tour asking where we should go. I also walked up and down the mall asking if anyone knew where this tour group typically met. I received a message, finally and sent my confirmation email. I waited and no reply. Me and my daughters were in limbo if we should just pick another tour because I could not get an answer from this company. I called and she said she was looking for my info because she didn't have my information. I told her I had sent the confirmation an hour ago and she said, you did? Finally she gave me directions where to meet my tour guide. Who was not there. I sent another message and no reply. I called again and she was surprised our tour guide was not there. She sent someone else. When we arrived at the dock, we had to wait for another couple who had the same problem. Once in the boat, the tour was great. We went snorkeling and it was probably one of the best spots I snorkeled. The last spot was also amazing where we had chips, salsa and guacamole. If you do not care that the company is disorganized and you will be in limbo and not know if the tour will happen, then the snorkeling and tour guides on the boat definitely worth it. I would never book with them again because not answering my messages, not sending confirmation email where to meet, gave me way to much stress that morning. I was on vacation and have never had this type of unprofessional situation with tours I have booked. Bare minimum, answer messages in a timely manner.
