i asked him to take us to kintamani from ubud and from there to Ulun Danu Batur before leaving for kuta. however the driver firstly refused and then demanded extra money for this tour. his explanation being that it is not a part of the tour. I was baffled as a tour is to be made by a customer and if more time is consumed then driver shall be paid extra. The money was not the issue but then any limitations ought to eb dfined in the price.
His behaviour scared my wife to the extent that i was willing to leave the taxi at kintamani itself. However for the fear of being stranded, i asked him to take to kuta, which was our next place of stay.
I tried to contact the customer service but there was no response from customer service and rather there was a kurt response in late evening, when informed that this was highly unprofessional and has costed me a day at bali, that it is so in the hospitality sector. I have the messages on my phone to prove this.
I have used the services on previous occassions and first time the driver was excellent but now it is highly unprofessional and unimaginable.
