Would not recommend BaliCab, had better experience with Bali Hire Driver

点评：I used BaliCab twice and the first time was good, but the second time I had a bad experience. The driver was on time, but everything went downhill from there. The car was super old, so it was emitting some kind of fumes that made me feel awful. Because the car was old, it also drove in a way that was very bumpy and jerky, which contributed to my nausea. It was raining outside and the car was leaking water onto me. The drivers English was very poor and on top of that, he was taking a 3 hour long route for a trip that was only 1 hour and 40 minutes. I realized it when I looked at his phone over his shoulder and at that point he realized his Cellular Data setting was off, so his Maps app was not giving him the best route. I’m really glad I caught this. Lastly, I WhatsApp messaged the company about this immediately and didn’t get a response until 2.5 hours later when the ride was already over. I would not recommend BaliCab. I tried Bali Hire Driver after, which was marginally more expensive like 40,000 IDR more but had a WAY better experience. Driver spoke great English, WhatsApp messaged me directly, car was brand new and service levels better all around.
