Could have made things right, but they did not. Lousy.

点评：This was actually an online order for a Christmas present for my mum. She and my father had a condo in Ogunquit many years ago, and the gift was to be a remembrance of the time she had with him. The package was stolen from my residence. When I contacted the store and told them what happened, they told me that they were not negligent and that the package was delivered. Fedex offered a blurry photo and there are 3 buildings that have similar back entrances (not where packages are dropped as the mailboxes are in the front). It could have been delivered to one of the other 2 buildings.
Instead of trying to make things right, "Colleen" did nothing and supported the Fedex delivery. What a lousy thing to do. I purchased the chocolate on 12/14 and was then told it wouldn't ship until the 19th and that I'd need expedited shipping to get it there. So I paid over 20$ for a 34$ (overpriced) box of chocolate. It should have been delivered and if not it should have been made right. Any business, especially before a holiday, would at least offer some type of restitution. Not this place. Will never go back there. Lousy!!!!
