点评：We booked the slide and were asked to arrive at 9:30 for our 10:00 booking. We arrived promptly to see staff waiting to be let into the facilities. We and staff waited. And waited. And waited. It wasn't until 10:45 that the facilities were finally opened. The person at the ticket desk gave us a curt apology (they were probably in a bad mood too after we all waited in the sun for over an hour), took our names, and we were on our way.
Once at the top of the slide, I used the bathroom, which was filthy (I shudder to think of what the other bathrooms looked like), and keep in mind, we were the first customers of the day! I also noted that a hand sanitizer dispenser had been ripped off the wall in the main area. The bathroom conditions could be forgotten if the slide was amazing. Sure, waiting for 75 minutes because the manager was late didn't put us in a good mood, but we hoped the wait had been worth it. Maybe we' d even get to go on it twice due to the massive inconvenience we had experienced! Or just any compensation? How about simply acknowledging what had happened?
None of our hopes came to fruition. The slide lasted thirty seconds and wasn't exciting to me or my partner. Out of ten, we'd give the slide, itself, a three. No compensation for the wait was offered. No acknowledgment voiced.
At least I got a picture of a filthy bathroom out of it, I guess.
