Spa at Norton Park的点评
点评：We booked Spa day for my birthday. The treatments were great. However the overall experiences was disappointing. Booking in took ages as there was only one receptionist booking day visitors in,, processing them. There was no orientation so had no idea where changing rooms were. We were told the facilities were available from 10am, but there was an exercise class until 11.15. We booked lunch for 12.30 but they were so short staffed our light lunch arrived at 13.15. It's a long walk from the Spa to the bar area, which we were not told about. We coukdnt find any staff to assist us on where to sit. The chicken cesar salad was edible, just edible, as the lettuce was brown . Obviously not fresh. We just about made it back to our 2pm treatment. This was lovely. What was supposed to be a lovely birthday treat was actually quite disappointing.
