点评：Booked a spa day with afternoon tea with a friend after a very stressful time . We were greeted by 2 delightful ladies who showed us the facilities. Unfortunately after a short time of relaxing by the pool, a very large family group arrived with several small children who all trooped into the pool area in outdoor shoes, less than heigenic, and were all speaking very loudly to each other and on their phones. We escaped to the relaxation room to await our treatments but they kept bursting in ! Treatments were lovely and we decided to leave the spa ( creche!) and go for our afternoon tea. We walked past piles of dirty laundry piled in the corridors and empty glasses left outside rooms, which we had noticed several hours earlier and had not been moved. When we arrived at the bar area for our afternoon tea, the receptionist showed us through them had to find a member of staff to serve us. A waitress came out clearly finishing her food and showed us to a table. The service was extremely slow and I would say the young lady in question, while very pleasant, lacked training. To be told 'I'll grab your drinks' does not sit well! After a considerable wait, the food arrived and the sandwiches had clearly been left out for some time as they were dry and the cakes were verging on soggy. Not sure why we had 4 scones between 2 of us! We were very underwhelmed by the whole experience.
As a suggestion, please don't allow children into the spa area, make sure housekeeping is efficient not leaving things for hours in the corridors, make sure waiting staff has sufficient customer service training and check the quality of your afternoon tea.

建议：不要让孩子进入水疗区；确保客房服务高效，不要把东西在走廊里放几个小时；确保服务员接受过充分的客户服务培训；并检查下午茶的质量。
