点评:A truly one of a kind experience in the Tuscan countryside! Caterina and her mother Gabriella were so welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. Caterina picked us up from Florence and gave us her own personal tour on the way. The class takes place in her family home, and before the class she showed us all of the amazing things they grow fresh at home, including produce, herbs and eggs from their chickens! Caterina demonstrated the pasta making process so well and taught us so much about how to identify the best ingredients possible. The class was so personal, they only do very small groups to keep it intimate and you really get the chance to learn about the cuisine. Gabriella made an amazing starter and cooked the pasta with simple yet delicious ingredients. We had an amazing meal together and ended the night with a delicious fresh panna cotta. One of our favorite experiences during our whole trip, it’s so special. Highly recommend!!!
