点评：Me and my three kids have just returned from a 4 day break at Kielder Waterside. I can't thank you enough for an incredible break. Travelling alone with three children can be hard, but you guys made it wonderful. The activities booked were brilliant and the almost private use of the pool made a mum who worries about their kids annoying others so much more relaxed.
It is rare for "kids eat free" to actually mean that with a 1 adult to 3 kids ratio. But with you...it did. I'm so grateful for that.
Everyone we met during our time with you were so helpful and kind. Your team are such a credit to you. Having worked in hospitality my entire career, I can be a harsh critic. But you guys all nailed it. Every touch point was personalised and friendly....from the "welcome" scrabble, prosecco in the lodge, unexpected play station, dvd hire. The list goes on and on.
Everyone was significant in making our stay magical, but I wanted to give a very special shout out to Brandon and Joanne. Your kindness to me and my children made our stay.
We can't wait to come back.
