Our 2nd trip was amazing!

点评：Stayed in lodge 38, W/c 21 October.
Myself, wife, mother, 3 kids and dog. An absolutely STUNNING, spacious and (for the most part) well provisioned lodge. If you see this Landal, lodge 38 doesn't have a sieve or scissors :).
We got settled and unpacked and had a lovely first evening enjoying our complimentary prosecco and the massive hot tub. All going well...until we woke up the next morning.
Water all over the floor, the freezer (and our already partially defrosted food from the trip) had perished. I was woken up, already grumpy and had to go to reception (as the in lodge phone also was out of service). Considering we had planned to be mostly self catering, this was a nightmare.
Enter our Hero, Becky!!! A massive asset to the site and a lovely lady. She was extremely apologetic and was immediately on the case. She actually had the repair and cleaning crew back at the lodge before I managed to walk back. Fridge freezer replaced with brand new one. Once done, I popped back to reception and Becky walked me round the on site shop to replace what she could, she then placed a Tesco delivery for the next day with the remaining items that could not be sourced on site and for the trouble, a free evening for the whole family in the HIGHLY recommended restaurant. It was INCREDIBLE people. Really very tasty and amazing staff.
Our Tesco delivery arrived when we were told it would, and everything was perfect after that.
Sometimes things go wrong, but the true testament to outstanding service, is how its managed. Becky, you were a superstar and we were all very grateful.
I cannot say enough nice things about this stunning lodge, the amazing staff, gorgeous location.
We did a few activities for the kids too and they went down a treat.

我们的英雄贝基来了！！！她是这个网站的巨大财富，也是一位可爱的女士。她非常抱歉，并立即着手处理此事。在我走回去之前，她就让维修和清洁人员回到了旅馆。冰箱冰柜换成了全新的。换完之后，我回到接待处，贝基带我参观了现场商店，更换了她能更换的东西，然后她把第二天无法在现场采购的剩余物品送到了乐购超市，为了弥补这一麻烦，她让全家人在这家强烈推荐的餐厅度过了一个免费的夜晚。那里的人太棒了。真的非常美味，员工也很棒。
我们的乐购送货准时到达，之后一切都很完美。
有时事情会出错，但真正证明卓越服务的是它是如何管理的。贝基，你真是个超级明星，我们都非常感激你。
