点评:A disappointing experience and non-existent customer service
We chose Aqualibi to enjoy some quality family time, but our experience turned into frustration. Due to an exceptional closure for maintenance, we were unable to use the five remaining entries on our AquaCard before it expired.
We contacted customer service hoping for a commercial gesture or an extension, but no concrete solution was offered. The result: a total loss for us, despite our loyalty and our intention to eat at the restaurant during our visit.
This lack of consideration for customers is unacceptable. When a closure is beyond the control of visitors, the least they could do is offer a voucher or an extension.
We are very disappointed and do not recommend this park. Aqualibi should review its customer satisfaction policy, as it is currently non-existent.
