Teribble experience, do not recommend.

点评：Not great at all. Really cold and uninviting. Asked repeatedly to join aquagym, we didn't want to. Then the music was pumping in there so loud. Not relaxing!! At lunchtime, we waited ages for food, even after we preordered. Other food was coming out of the kitchen thick and fast (ish). At 1.15 we asked if our order was nearly ready, as we were getting very cold (and hungry) sat there. Turns out they had lost the order. 10 mins later our order arrives. Pretty rubbish too. Tuna jacket and an avocado on toast. Bland and tasteless. We were offered a complimentary cake, but we were too cold to sit in there any longer. But a nice gesture, thank you. 🙏We left. Went back to poolside. Jacuzzi and pool very busy. So decided to leave. We got changed and went to reception, greeted by a young man on his phone and a young girl who asked for the receipts for our spa bags. Informed us about our deposit, then told us what to do with our towels/robes. No questions about how our day was. Had we had a nice time etc. Just blank. Very disappointed. But I fear it's not the staff's fault. They were very understaffed it the cafe area. Although a smile and a little common courtesy cost nothing.
One quick fix would be to turn the heating up. If the place was warmer, it would have been a more pleasant place to spend the morning and wait over an hour for our lunch.
Will not be back. Arrived at 9.30, left at 2....some more like a spa half-day!!!
My friend and I are very friendly, understanding and complimentary when it's warranted and we both feel a little deflated leaving feeling this way. We both work in the service industry now, and have for many years in many different roles, so we try and understand. But we really wanted to air our thoughts to you.
We warmed up eventually in the car on the way home!!
One quick fix would be to turn the heating up. If the place was warmer, it would have been a more pleasant place to spend the morning and wait over an hour for our lunch.

We both work in the service industry now, and have for many years in many different roles, so we try and understand. But we really wanted to air our thoughts to you.
