点评：The hotel is in a good location to the town, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The area that let us down was the chef. The hotel offers a restaurant, bar food and a full room service. On the first night after trying to get a table we were told that the restaurant was busy, when we said we would have room service we were told that that wouldn’t make a difference as the chef was busy. After booking a day in the spa we decided to have lunch in the bar. We were told that there was no bar food at that time. When we asked how long the lady behind the bar went to ask the chef. When she came back she looked dreadful, no idea what was said or how it was said to her, but we were told there would be no bar service as the chef was busy. No sign on the bar to advise of this. Why advertise full menus to be offered in all areas if you employ a chef that cannot provide this service?

The Spa is what made this stay for us. I had two treatments with Patrica and Blondine, they were both friendly, professional and highly skilled. Their excellent care made for a wonderfully relaxing experience and I would highly recommend them.
