点评：Our stay was a truly rejuvenating escape. The highlight was undoubtedly the thermal baths; overlooking the breathtaking mountain panorama was unforgettable . The 3000m² spa area is a massive, tranquil sanctuary that never felt crowded, and the self-service tea station was a lovely touch.
A highlight of my visit was a massage from a talented therapist from Kazakhstan. Though I didn’t catch her name, her expertise was remarkable. She didn't just provide a relaxing treatment; she offered profound insights into my physical well-being, sharing tips to benefit both my 'body and soul' long after my stay. Most impressively, I had been suffering from persistent pain in my right hand, which completely disappeared following her session. It was truly a healing experience.
While the treatments were exceptional, a wonderful addition would be a broader aromatherapy menu or a selection of scents to choose from before each session. Having options like citrus for a morning boost or sandalwood for evening relaxation would elevate the experience even further.
Our room featured a plush, cloud-like bed with premium linens that ensured a perfect night's sleep. While the room amenities were excellent, the absence of hair conditioner—which I consider an essential for any high-end spa hotel—was a surprising oversight.
The culinary experience —both breakfast and dinner offered an incredible variety of high-quality dishes. Beautifully presented buffet and fresh ingredients.
A huge thank you to the warm and professional staff who made our stay so special.
We will definitely be back!"
