点评:We live close by but finally visited this ship and the port of Tampa. Four adults spent 1.5 hours on the self guided tour and we pretty much went to every single area and explored that we could. We were surprised at how educational the tour was for us. Since there are different levels of the ship that don't extend the full deck, it was a little challenging at first to figure out the next stop. We followed the written guide and it went much smoother. It's hard to believe anyone actually lived on the ship. The hospital was primitive and the gun decks made you realize how vulnerable these ships were in open waters. Hard to believe the ship was built in 55 days. Not for small children and those with mobility or balance issues. We didn't find the narrowness or steepness of the stairs challenging (60's and 70's). If you're tall, watch your head! We went on a Tuesday @ 10am when there were few visitors. I would imagine walking the ship becomes more challenging when it's crowded.
