点评：I recently hosted a group event at Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure on July 12, 2025, and despite paying nearly $950 for a full-day cabana rental and a 1:30–3:30 PM pizza party room, our reservation was mishandled from start to finish.
We arrived expecting our cabana and party zone to be reserved—but both had been reassigned to other guests. It took over an hour to “resolve” the mistake, and the only space they could offer us was dirty and not what we’d booked. Worst of all, we never got to use the cabana at all.
During our visit the park closed for more than an hour, which under their weather-closure policy entitles guests to a refund. I was assured multiple times—first on July 12 by on-site staff voicemails at 1:50 PM and 3:02 PM, then again on July 15 and 21—that management would call back with a resolution. I’ve yet to receive a single return call.
While the on-site employees I spoke with were apologetic and tried to help, management’s disorganization and lack of follow-through left my group disappointed and out nearly $950 for services we never received. I can’t recommend hosting an event here until they overhaul their booking and communication processes.
Would I return for a day pass? Possibly—but I would never trust them with a paid reservation again.
