Ah, me fellow adventurers, let me tell ye a tale of bravery, bone-chilling winds, and a walk longer than a leprechaun’s list of past mischiefs! 😅
In January 2025, I found meself in Saltburn-by-the-Sea—a place so scenic, it looks like a postcard come to life! Clifftop views, wild waves, and the famous Saltburn Pier stretchin’ out into the ocean like a fisherman’s last hope. 🎣
But sweet saints above… it was colder than a snowman’s handshake! 🥶❄ The kind o’ cold that steals yer soul, freezes yer toes, and makes ye question every life decision that led ye there! Even me lucky charms couldn’t protect me! 🍀
👉 THE WALK DOWN – A lovely, scenic descent… until ye realise the cliff tramway’s closed for winter! That meant a long trek down an icy path, grippin’ the railings like me life depended on it. 🚶♂️💨
👉 THE BEACH – Grand views, aye, but the wind slapped me like I owed it money! 🌬️🌊 Seagulls had their eyes on me snacks, an’ the sea spray was doin’ its best to turn me into an icicle.
👉 THE CLIMB BACK UP – Ever fancied a workout in a freezing wind tunnel? That’s what it felt like! Legs burnin’, lungs screamin’, an’ me thinkin’ I should’ve left a note sayin’ goodbye to the world! 💀
🥶 HOW DID I SURVIVE?
By divin’ straight into a cosy café, wrappin’ me frozen hands around a steamin’ mug of tea, an’ demolishin’ a cake the size of me fist. ☕🍰 Ahh, sweet warmth, I’ll never take ye for granted again!
📣 FINAL VERDICT – WOULD I GO BACK?
Aye… but maybe not in January! 😆 If ye love stunning views, fresh sea air, and a proper leg workout, Saltburn’s a must-visit. But if ye value the feelin’ in yer fingers an’ toes… maybe wait for summer!

👉 海滩——景色很美，但是风像我欠它钱一样拍打着我！🌬️🌊 海鸥盯着我的零食，海浪正竭尽全力把我变成冰柱。
👉 爬上去——有没有想过在冰冷的风洞里锻炼？那就是那种感觉！双腿灼热，肺部尖叫，我想我应该留下一张纸条，跟这个世界说再见！💀
🥶 我是怎么活下来的？
直接走进一家舒适的咖啡馆，用我冰冷的手捧着一杯热气腾腾的茶，然后吃掉一个拳头大小的蛋糕。☕🍰啊，甜蜜的温暖，我再也不会把你视为理所当然了！
📣最终结论——我会回去吗？
是的……但也许不是在一月份！😆如果你喜欢令人惊叹的景色、新鲜的海风和适当的腿部锻炼，萨尔特本是必去之地。但如果你重视手指和脚趾的感觉……也许等到夏天吧！
