Amazing 6 day tour of Romania!

点评：I contacted Hello Bucovina in August of 2024 to help put together a private guided tour of the Maramures region, the painted monasteries of Bucovina, and the Transylvania area for 2 people. I corresponded with Alex during the trip planning process and he put together an amazing itinerary that covered everything we wanted to see over the course of our 6 day 5 night tour in October. Alex was easy to work with and quickly responded to all questions during the planning process.
The trip was amazing! They made all our reservations including flight from Bucharest to Baia Mare, hotels, and transfers. They even arranged to hold extra luggage that would meet up with us back at the Bucharest airport for our flight back home. They also arranged our private tour guide, Cornelia, that met us in Baia Mare.
Cornelia could not have been more wonderful! Her love and knowledge of her country was incredible! We learned so much and saw so many beautiful places. Her local knowledge and connections enabled us to take a few unplanned detours along the way to get a glimpse of local history and culture that we could not have experienced on our own. We really enjoyed Cornelia’s stories, her sense of humor, and her perspective on where her country has been and where she sees it going. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
I highly recommend using Hello Bucovina for all your Romanian travel needs. They are professional, thorough, and know how to put a great trip together.
