Horrible disgusting soft play

点评：I don't even know where to start with this review it literally has me lost for words it is the most disgusting unsafe place where I've ever taken my son I had the displeasure of attending this venue on the 9th of January 2025 after being told it had a refurb which it clearly hasn't they have added one small area with balls and a few rocking horse type thing and changed out the bouncy house slide there is no longer the green one it is now red but still as Dusty and dirty as ever the bathroom was just so unsanitary you might as well I'm not even wash your hands the ball pit in the toddler area was absolutely disgusting it had what I think is chewing gum or some sort of sticky substance or over the balls not just one or two there was multiple I end up taking my son out he wasn't happy in the environment and he really loves music so I thought let me take him to the dance floor where he went to go all the dance floor and ended up tripping over because of the way that is laid out and the little metal ramp has a lip and my son ended up falling over because of the way the lip is of the floor to the dance floor my son and other children had the same problem as young kids don't have the ability to understand that it isn't level the staff are not very friendly or very inviting me and my friends stood in the lobby for a good say five minutes without anyone coming to even say hello let alone take our money to go insosed the dump even though there was members of staff just literally sat in one of the party rooms having a chat I definitely would not recommend anyone to turn up to this place it is most emphatically not worth the money to spend going there cost £13 for two adults and two one year olds worst experience oat a soft play ever and we have attended our fair share of soft plays will never be returning to be fair the fact it's a soft play and it's always empty says it all find somewhere else to take the kids
