点评：If I could give no stars I would...
When we first arrived was not greeted friendly at all, very serious with no hospitality. They were very rude. The mascot didnt even do 5minutes and said it was his first time and hr had no interaction with the kids other then taking photos, when I complained about this manager told me I was lying!
I paid £205 for a party that was a disaster - little girl broke her finger in the softplay and they didnt support or offer any help or comfort, all of my family and friends of 5 households had food poisioning from this venue - STAY CLEAR!
ENVIRONMENTAL health will be paying them a visit. It was very unclean too. They were using there hands to serve and cross contaminating chicken and chips, was vile
I spoke to managers who blocked me on whatsap and I put in a formal complaint and not one person has got back to me or apologised for the poor customer service and all of our kids becoming ill.
Absolutely diabolical place - never ever visiting again and they have lost many customers as I will be writing to the papers too about this as its not even about the money that we paid its about the handling of a complaint in such a disgusting and ignorant way
