Very bad service. Very rude staff. Long waiting time for food.

点评：Very disappointed with the service we received. We had booked a lunch for a party of 20. We called to confirm again the night before & discussed where we would like to be seated within the bar/ restaurant. When we arrived there were no tables organised for us. When the seating was finally arranged, there weren’t enough seats organised for everyone.
The staff were incredibly rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there, which made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the meal.
The food took a very long time to be served. When we complained to the manager, we were met with a very defensive tone. We received no apology for the bad service & disorganisation, but instead the manager just walked away from us.
We were shocked with the unprofessional treatment from the staff. We definitely will not be returning.
