Very concerned by refusal to provide drinking water for children

点评：I visited Laser Kombat Oxford on 5 July for my son's birthday with a group of ten children. While the activities themselves were enjoyable, I was extremely concerned by the venue's refusal to provide basic drinking water. The space was hot and crowded, and when I asked for tap water for the children, I was told I would have to pay £20 for jugs of squash. I had not booked the party package, but regardless, access to drinking water is a fundamental necessity, especially for children engaged in physical activity.
Shockingly, one child in our group felt unwell and had to leave after the first game. The only water available was what I had brought myself, as staff explained they were not allowed to provide tap water due to management policy. I find this unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Denying children access to water is not only poor customer service, but also raises serious health and safety concerns.
I urge the management to reconsider this policy as a matter of priority. No venue, especially one catering to children, should ever refuse free access to drinking water. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend Laser Kombat Oxford to other families.
