点评:Extremely disappointed with the catering provided. We paid £75 for a pre-booked buffet and were served one small tray of sandwiches and wraps, and one tray containing 15 chicken goujons, a few onion rings, and a handful of wedges. The quantity (and quality!) was shockingly poor for the price paid.
To make matters worse, two of the wraps had long black hairs embedded inside them. We reported this to the manager, who apologised but offered no replacement. We then spoke directly with the chef — who interestingly enough had long black hair — to raise our concerns about both the hygiene issue and the inadequate portion size. They didn’t seem concerned about the hairs and In response to the quantity concern we were given eight more chicken goujons. This was nowhere near a suitable resolution, especially considering what we paid!
The overall quality, quantity, and hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. The fact that contaminated food was not replaced is frankly appalling. This experience fell far short of what any customer should expect, and we will certainly not be booking here again.
