Fabulous flowers and sculptures in an idyllic setting.
The Garden at Miserden的点评
点评：Stunning gardens in a beautiful setting! This was our first visit and I would definitely go again at another time of year to see how the gardens change. This was a good time for dahlias, sweet peas and gladioli, as well as many of the flowers in the borders. Some of the roses were past their best, as was the lavender. I'm not sure I have ever seen such colourful, crowded borders. We were very lucky to catch the sculpture exhibition (well over 100 sculptures of all kinds). They surprised us at every turn.
I very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility, which is why I would say it is not an ideal place for children who want somewhere to let off steam. Most of the flowered areas were on the level and easy to access, in my view.
Some people had not realised that dogs are not allowed in the garden.
