Spa At The Abbey Hotel的点评
点评：The pool and sauna area were absolutely disgusting! There was puddles hair and mould everywhere. The whole time I was there I did not see a cleaner once coming to sort all the dirty water out on the floor to sweep it away! The robes do not fit at all they are tiny! There were cracked tiles all on the floor. The pool was absolutely freezing. And the hotub had huge dirty foam bubbles on the top. The saunas and steam room had dirty bits of skin all on the floor and the changing rooms and spa smelt like ‘sewage’. Next the treatments were advertised as a (50 minute) head spa- well me and my 3 other friends all timed it and we had our treatments done with in 35 mins. Which is a joke considering it was meant to be 50 minutes.
As we went to the restaurant the drinks were extortionate prices! We didn’t have afternoon tea but noticed lots of people did and majority of it was left which I thought was quite strange.
The cutlery in the restaurant had all food stains on and bits of previous food on Asif they haven’t been washed properly.
As I was waiting for my spa treatment I couldn’t help but notice how unclean the place was in the treatment area there was dust and grime everywhere. Stains all in the toilets! Shower cubicles were gross! When I went to get some tap water from the bar there were no glasses at all to be seen yet staff were just stood around talking.
We were hugely disappointed and will not be coming back and advise people to go else where. Don’t waste your money here you may aswell go to your local swimming pool.
