Absolute state! Avoid!!

点评：We stayed in the JCB cabin and it was appalling. The blinds were broken and ineffective, the curtains were stained, the mugs were not cleaned, there was mold on the door seals and over bed plaque, the back door scraped when you open them, there was cigarette butts and ash on the decking area, the radiator was half way up the wall so heating was almost non existent which woke my young son (5 yo) up at 10pm so he had to sleep with us, there was no basic hand soap given, the kettle was full of scum and god knows what else, it stank of cat urine and damp (there was a cat knocking about), the breakfast was pitiful and rubbish and over priced, the pillows and duvet were ripped, the tea bags were loose and stained like they had come into contact with water already, the surfaces were not wiped down and the lighting outside right next to the lake was non existent which is dangerous for the "evening activities".
The park itself was dull, run down and outdated. Not to mention inappropriate appendages on the model animals. Also, pack a lunch, £21 for 2 Sandwichs and kids meal is extortionate.
The ONLY saving grace is that my son is ignorant to all this and was excited when we first arrived (but not for too much longer as the above suggests).
All in all, this place is an absolute state and the park should be gutted and made good. I will not be returning and certainly won't miss this place.
If management read this, do better, you owe it the first time patrons!
