Nice experience but poor customer service

点评：I did the ride alone. The ride itself is a nice experience, but their customer service is terrible. I arrived 40 minutes prior to my 2 pm reservation, as instructed. I got in the car at around 3:20 pm. So a solid 2 hours of waiting with nothing to do. (This is also the off-peak season btw. Looks like it is normal to wait for 2+ hours from other reviews.)
Then once in the car, the staff did not close the window protector correctly, so the driver went back to the pit after one lap. The driver then did another two laps. You know, 1 lap + 2 laps is not the same thing as 3 laps. I thought about complaining, but not even sure who to complain to, as all the staff are super busy doing their jobs helping a long line of customers.
So overall, the experience itself is a nice one. Just don’t let the poor customer service affect your mood.
