I would be careful booking anything with this money hungry selfish experiance/company.

点评：Very disappointed with the company, Never made it inside the car due to injury from the day before at the Daytona 500. At the start of the rain delay I received a injury to my leg. The injury forced us to leave the race before it restarted. That evening I reached out to Nascar racing experiance via e mail. My e mail was sent to them at 10:45 PM. Woke up Monday morning and had no response. I sent another e mail Monday morning, still no response. A hour later I receive a e mail with instructions how to purchase video from my ride along. Sound confusing ?? It was. At this point I call the number for the office. I explain everything to Charlene who answered the phone. I told her about my two e mails and not being answered. I also told her about the e mail wanting to know if I wanted to purchase the video from my ride along. This baffled her and her response was I dont know who would have sent that. All im told is I will have a credit that will never expire and there is no way of getting a refund. I explained that attending this Nascar race and experiance was a once in a lifetime for us. Nothing mattered. Very sad that some people are so desperate. Think before you decide going with this company.
