点评：My partner, Bill, and our friend, Tony, spent two marvelous days with Serena in Montepulciano this past June. Serena has a wealth of knowledge about Montepulciano's deep history; there's nothing you can ask her that she doesn't know. She also knows everyone in this beautiful, ancient hilltop town, or it certainly seemed so. One morning, we enjoyed a private truffle tasting with the local truffle aficionado. Serena guided us to some of the most gorgeous views overlooking Tuscany's golden vistas during our two days together. We tasted a variety of wonderful wines from several vineyards, explored an ancient cavern, enjoyed delicious lunches, and learned more than I ever knew there was to learn about olive oil. I can't wait to return. Next time, we're going truffle hunting!
