点评:I would have given this a 5 star review if I were reviewing the experience at Swansea in itself, but unfortunately it's the poor customer service after that I am so disappointed with.
I booked the full package of 15'000 feet and the Totally Epic video package which included the Freefall Photographer and the Instructor Handcam. This was for a special 40th birthday present for my Fiancé. This cost a lot of money at £557 and I had saved for a very long time for this as I knew it was something my Fiancé had always wanted to do.
As I said, the experience itself was incredible and the staff at Swansea were lovely and really helpful. We were told to expect all media (photos and all videos) in a few days. When we received the media link I noticed that the Handcam footage link was not there, only the freefall photographer footage. I called the main Salisbury telephone number to ask when we would receive this only to be told by the manager "oh sorry, there's a note on your file that says our equipment malfunctioned and it did not record anything so we don't have it". Understandably I was extremely upset about this and asked what could be done about it and he said "nothing now, we don't have the footage but I will just refund you £40". As you can imagine I was absolutely disgusted by this response. I had paid £557 for this package and not received the full experience of what I had paid for and the manager just did not seem to care one bit. I asked if my Fiancé could come back and do it again to capture the Handcam footage and he said "no we won't be doing that and all I can offer you is a £40 refund". I said I was not happy and very upset and wanted to speak to someone else and escalate my complaint and he said "well I am the manager and I have already told you what we can do about it".
I am so so upset and I will be emailing the company to try and take this further as I am sure you can appreciate this is absolutely not acceptable. Just be warned that if this should happen to you, this is the awful customer service and response that you will get. Absolutely disgusting really.
