点评：We had a wonderful bike trip coordinated by Le Velo Voyageur (despite the rainy, windy weather - not their fault!). We did a slightly customized trip (very similar to the long weekend standard one) and they easily accommodated our request. This was our first biking trip. Two of the 3 hotels were really great (we did the upgraded hotels) - the first hotel felt more like a chain hotel and was a little worn down in the room. E-bikes were in great condition and worked very well! Luggage always arrived at the next stop before we did. Communication prior to the trip was very responsive. We did have a few issues with the app at first - It takes a little getting used to. We did have one panicked call with the emergency number in the app when we had stopped and couldn't figure out how to get started again on the route. The gentleman who answered was very calm and helpful! It was very cold and rainy and my mind must have gotten a little frozen! After the first day of figuring out the app (and yes, we had read through the app instructions and tried it before we left - but the reality of riding, looking at the app and the windy rain made it a little challenging) we had no issues and really enjoyed the freedom of the app. Very impressed with the instructions and photos in the app - and the encouragement to "Be Brave" when we encountered a few hills:) This was the trip of a lifetime and we hope to try out the other areas where trips are offered by Le Velo Voyageur. We are so appreciative of all their tips and guidance to make this so memorable!
