Very difficult hike
Lions Head Provincial Nature Reserve的点评
点评：The view at the end of the hike is breathtaking. The journey to get there was very difficult, the majority of the trail is pitted rock. I was constantly watching for my next step. I did not read any reviews before the hike, and I just looked at the pictures. I am 5'3 I think it would have been much easier if I was 5'8. My husband is 6'2 and he did not struggle like I did. We are not regular hikers, the folks that seemed most at ease were the ones obviously dressed for it, hiking shoes and daypacks. We were in jeans and sneakers (I don't recommend wearing white shoes). But again, I didn't do any research. I am very glad we didn't take our kids (5 & 2) they don't have a sense of self-preservation that would have made me feel comfortable having them near the cliffs edge at the end. I also think we would have quit in the first 500m if the kids were with us. The first 1km to the lookout is the easiest, so if you find that difficult, it will only get worse.
