Fun but disappointing experience

点评：Was really looking forward to our afternoon at Little Potters with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. The staff were lovely, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The choice of things to paint was good. The quality and quantity of things to paint and equipment was good. I was looking forward to a lovely tranquil experience, I do this activity every year at Centre Parcs and find it very therapeutic. Sadly, it was bedlam. In my opinion, the soft play area is a huge mistake and mismatch with the painting experience. Badly behaved children were allowed to literally scream through our whole session whilst oblivious mothers sat chatting and painting. Despite there being an age restriction clearly displayed, older children were going crazy on it. As I said, I feel it had no place at the location, however if it is to stay it should be strictly monitored for age restrictions and certainly parents of unruly, noisy children should be told and this should be controlled so as not to ruin the experience for others. This is not an inexpensive activity and it did spoil our time there. We asked to move because of the noise and staff were happy and helpful to accommodate this, even the other end of the room was ridiculously noisy. That said, my daughter has been several times in term time and has had a lovely, relaxed experience, so we will return, being careful when to do so.
