点评：This was the first of nine winery visits that were completed over 2 days in the Valpolicella Classico wine region. This was a tightly scheduled tour so we made reservations for the purpose of maintaining our schedule. Our group consisted of 3 but only included 2 active tasters. We seek out reds in our travels but will try other wines.
Elinora was our host for this private winery tour and tasting. She was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic host. The wines were all good but my first surprise of this 2 day tour was how much I enjoyed the 2019 Passito. This very sweet, smooth finish with a very rich consistency WHITE IGT wine was excellent. It had many of the attributes of Canadian ice wines. Our favourite wines for the visit 2019 Passito and 2019 Recioto.
We strongly recommend visiting this winery - our host, the tour and the quality of the wines were excellent.
