Absolutely Dangerous – Avoid at All Costs
This place is a disgrace and should not be operating in its current state. It is not just poorly maintained—it is genuinely dangerous.
My daughter fell down the stairs due to their unsafe design: wet, slippery, and completely lacking any non-slip surface or safety precautions. When we alerted the staff at the front desk, they smiled—as if a child being injured on their premises was amusing. No concern, no apology, no action. Just a blank, grinning disregard for basic human decency.
The pools at the base of the inflatables are filthy or chemically overtreated—either way, they’re toxic and unsafe. The water was cloudy, smelled strongly of chemicals, and left our daughter with eye irritation. These are conditions that would shut down a facility in any country with serious health standards.
To top it off, it’s grossly overpriced. You’re paying a premium to put your children at risk in a facility that doesn’t take safety seriously and appears completely indifferent to customer wellbeing.
This is not a light review. I’m a parent whose child was hurt here. Do not go. Do not risk it. This place should be inspected by Fijian authorities and held accountable before someone is seriously harmed.
