Absolute Disgusting place & Service!! A place to get sick!
Big Bula Water Park的点评
点评：4 Family’s from Sydney Australia we decided to visit the water park at opening time 10am
As a family of 3 it cost $243 entry fee
As we were walking in we noticed the water in the blow up activities to be white and milky
NOT CLEAN AT ALL! As we got to the back of the park, large slides area, we noticed the pools were again milky and greenish. You could not see through the water.
We hesitated to let our children enter the pool and questioned the staff about it. Telling us, it was dirty and they do not have good cleaning
With that been told. We decided to refund the family only to be told No, as we had walked through the door.
With much dispute we were still charged an entry fee and refunded only partial of our payment
For all those from Australia
Please don’t bother with the park, it’s a pool of illness and infections. Sadly not up to standards and good luck for those who take the risk.
Honesty is the best policy. Sorry to let you down kids!

奉劝所有来自澳大利亚的朋友：千万别去这个水上乐园，那里简直是疾病和传染病的温床。很遗憾，他们的服务标准太低了，祝那些想去冒险的人好运。
